Plex server removing media from library

Hello, since latest patch I’ve started having problems with my library and how Plex manages it.
Started with one TV series in particular, I wasn’t able to add more chapters to it. They simply didn’t appear in Plex when rescanning. Tried moving it all away and resyncing to remove it, then adding it again, it didn’t appear back. Now when I add an episode Plex just removes ALL that TV series. Just from Plex, not from the filesystem.
Films appear to work as usual, no problems so far.

Already tried to empty trash, optimize database, clear packages, and all the usual solutions. Anyone had similar problems?

I’m seriously considering moving into Emby, Plex don’t offer support at all and I got Plex Pass.
