Continuing the conversation from Plex web app error s3014/5/6 ONLY with AAC 5.1 audio since it was closed due to no activity for 3 months (which seems silly since we’re waiting for the team to give an update on it).
I just tried playing one of these videos again to see if the issue was fixed. It started playing, but was getting transcoded to 720p which seemed to cause the audio to transcode as well. If I bump the quality up to original, or high 1080p, the audio is no longer transcoded, and the error occurs.
I can get my files to work by unchecking Direct Stream in the debug settings.
