Ability to add User notes and user data

I have to manage my plex Home users by the users that have apps that require payments, so Chrome, Apple TV, require payments unless you are a home user… but other users like samsung and other apps dont require it.

I already Pay plex for the software to host, I dont want my users to have to pay plex too to see my hosted media.

I would like to have user notes so I can remember which ones are using payed devices or not to manage the home users functionality, or if we can increase the number of home users would be Ideal

Um, no. Only the mobile apps require activation, so that would be Android mobile, iOS, and the Windows Store app.
