There’s actually an existing suggestion aiming for an option to allow replacing the focus / highlight color(s) used within the apps. That hasn’t however gained much support/attention since it was raised.
I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting/dispersing votes (and attention).
In that case I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
