Ability to PLAY ALL tracks and shuffle for ALL MUSIC

I'd like to be able to Play All Tracks for All my Artists and not be limited to just select a single artist or album.  and Likewise, I'd like the "Play All Tracks" option at the top so I can shuffle all my songs.
