My mom has a PMS on her desktop. I want to add my PMS (Windows) to the TV so I can stream, but do not want to have to log out and back in over and over again to do this (to access my account vs their account). It’s telling me access denied. How do I get it to work? Thanks! 
my moms tv is on another network outside of my home.
Why not share your server with her? Then your PMS will be visible to her.

He means send her an invite from your plex server to her plex user… she accepts it… boom both servers accessible from her TV or whatever without logging out and in.
You will need to setup remote access on your server it sounds like to accomplish this as she is not on your network ie: remote.
