Hi all. I have been running Plex for years and just recently got Plex Pass for the Live TV functions. Since I have done that, any shows/movies I have on my server play very low in any audio format other than AC3. Many are in AAC and are miserable to watch. I can usually listen to a show comfortably with a volume of 8, yet in AAC or mp4 I can barely here it with the TV at 100.
I checked the TV settings which have not changed since everything was working fine.
I also checked the volume settings on my (Windows 10) PC acting as my server and it is at 100.
I have tried every setting possible that I can think of on the Plex server and the Plex app with no luck.
Both audio and video are sent to my TV (Element) by an HDMI cable.
I cannot imagine any of those things are malfunctioning because AC3 audio is working fine.
EDIT: I just thought to check playback on my Amazon Firestick (on the same TV) and the audio is fine.
