Ac3 transcoding not working on tvios 15.0 and ios 15.0

I downloaded 15.0 on both my phone and Apple TV and now any ac3 audio file is not transcoding anyone else have this problem?

Multiple prior reports. Search the forum for tvOS 15, iOS 15, etc to find them.
