Access from url with clients

Is there any possible to access my personal plex server via url?

For example: the url to my plex server is https://fqdn
but the remote IP is another proxy IP in use.
So I cannot access with my client apps.
And I cannot find anywhere to configure the remote access FQDN.

Any possible to make the url access via apps happen?

In this scenario there is no need to use a custom FQDN for loading the web app.
Just bookmark https://app.plex.tv in your web browser.
