You can setup a Plex home and have (managed) users that have only access to certain media (e.g. by age restriction profiles or specific sharing). Managed users will have a PIN to distinguish.https://support.plex.tv/articles/204234323-creating-a-plex-home/

Loving plex, have load of kids TV and movies on there with standard stuff. would be ace if I could block the mature films from my kids, so if they wanted to access a folder with mature films it would ask for a pin…

Some my folders have content that is not suitable for my 6 year old. Is there a way to pin protect those folders so she cant open it by mistake?
Feature request: allow us to password protect specific content.
I understand I can filter content/folders for different users, but the TV in our living room is logged into our main plex account, and flipping accounts twice a day would be painful. It would be nice to be able to set a simple “password” (1234, up down left left, whatever) on R+ content, or content I’ve flagged as not appropriate, so the kids can’t watch it.

It would be nice to have a lockable library only able too access with passcode so kids can’t access certain movie of mom and dad are home and main tv is open
Apologies if this has been requested before, but I couldn't find it anywhere so here goes!
I think it would be great if we had the option to hide or suppress libraries that we had set up in Plex. What I mean by this is that the library is set up in Plex, but it can not be seen by clients. Here are some examples of where I think this would be useful:
