Access Plex server away from home

So i know my plex server is running at home, but i don’t think it is configured properly. Is there any way i can access my Plex server away from home?

The problem is, that i already left home…

Can you access your Router remotely to configure it?

Also, you could also create an SSH tunnel to access it, see here and then scroll down to Opening the Plex Web App on a Device Other than the Server Itself and On a Different Network

Unless you have setup remote access into your router and can access it to open up a port, finding out a way to determine your home IP address isn’t going to help
