Can I access my server remotely?

I can’t provide any info on my server because I’m on the road. I apologize.
The issue is I can’t access my server remotely. This has never been a problem before. I had someone go over to my house to reboot my Windows10 PC. This did not resolve the issue.
I can watch all the Plex supplied channels and movies, but I can’t access my libraries.
I have an ASUS router. I’m connecting automatically to Plex.
Is there some way to access my server remotely?
Just thought it was worth an ask.

Yes I did. But I didn’t see anything that I could do on the road.

I don’t know if this helps, but I can connect to a friends Plex server.

No… you’ll need access to your home network (PMS, router) for that.

That’s not helping with accessing your own server.
