Are you sure you’ve created your libraries and properly pointed the server software to your media files?
Just asking… Are you aware that Plex Pass provides you with access to the extra features of the Plex Media Server that you installed and configured to give you easy access to YOUR media files (and other wonderful things)?

What did you think you were subscribing to with your Plex Pass? Your servers will still operate as before but have the additional features of a Plex Pass added.
