Accessing Plex remotely doesn't show collections properly

Very odd one here, if I open plex directly via the IP address on my PC all my media that’s in collections follow the settings I have which is set to ‘Hide items which are in collections’
however if I access remotely or via app.plex.tv all my media is showing along side and my collections do not seem to appear, Everything is there just fine but not showing the way it should and dose when connection locally

Nothing to do with remote access. It’s a bug in the hosted web app.
