Accessing PlexPass Account of deceased parent

I got my Father-in-Law to start building a Plex server about a half dozen years ago, and purchased a lifetime PlexPass. He has passed 2 years ago, and now Mom-in-law wants to access my audiobook collection with PlexAmp. She needs access to the PlexPass account, but don’t have Don’s credentials. We need to reset the password, but Don’s email is now not valid, and the domain name is expired, thus making a password reset process extremely difficult. I could 1) register the domain name again, 2) set up an email hosting, 3) forward his email address as an alias to my mailbox, 4) get access to the account, 5) get Grandma listening to audio books once again. But I’d rather get a password reset.
Does Plex have a mechanism to reset the password on an existing account using an alternative email address, if sufficient credentialing can be provided to establish that this is a legitimate account reset? Death certificate? Proof that Grandma was married to him? We really just need to change the email address on the account to Grandma’s email.

You would need to contact billing to see if they can do that.
