Accessing Trailers Problem

Hi, 

 

I have an ATV 3 and i was trying to run the PlexConnect but as i try to load the trailer app im simply greeted by the Accessing trailer for far to long and it wont load up. However on my CMD when I open up the plexconnect.py it loads up and everything looks like its working fine but all it is, is that it stays on the loading screen for so long. I go into settings and i see the PlexConnect logo and see activity going on in the CMD

 

 

Please can someone help me because i have no idea what the problem is.

 

If you need pictures of the PlexConnect.py in action i can do so or any other questions.

Is the Plex Media Server open and operating properly? To make sure reboot both the PMS and Plexconnect. In that order and make sure PMS is open before opening Plexconnect.
