Plexconnect connecting but not loading any content

Hello All, I have been using my plex with my ATV3 for a while. Lately my ATV3 will connect from the Trailers icon to my plex server and I can see it running in my Windows command prompt, and I also see it open up in the Trailers app, however no content loads. I can click on the movies or tv show and it will go that screen and show blank icons of my content on my server. If I try to play any of the blank icons it gives me a "accessing trailer". I know I have done everything correctly becuase it was working perfectly before for the past 4 months. I don't know what happened between my computer and ATV but it won't connect. I have noticed that the rest of my apps on the ATV are really slow as well. 

 

Here is what I have:

Windows 7 running latest Plex Server

ATV with latest firmware

Latest version of plexconnect running according to the correct setup with python and such

Also to fight the slowness I changed the DNS from Google's to my local DNS per instructions from site (due not this worked for a while, I changed back to the Google DNS but still no luck)

 

Below is what my CMD is giving me, I can't figure out why I am running into this issue? Has anyone else run into this issue where the Trailer app loads Plex but the content is blank and won't load as well as the rest of the apps are slow.

I had an issue with slow response and blank icons a while back and I had to do an optimize on plex web

Thanks, I tried this as well with no luck, appreciate the response though. This one really boggles me, I can't figure out the disconnect

I am also having problems with PlexConnect not loading posters and showing a yellow warning triangle when i try to play movies on my apple TV 3. I'm using firmware 6.1.1 because according to the documents the latest firmware 7 is not supported https://github.com/iBaa/PlexConnect/wiki/Supported-Apple-TV-devices-and-firmwares. I tried to use a lower firmware but Itunes wont let me install lower than 6.1.1. I am running the latest version of plex server and plexconnect.
