Since I last made any user changes (likely only a few weeks ago at most) I now cannot access the users screen. Every time I try I get a message “Your home is unavailable.”
Extra facts:
- I have tried multiple browsers on the server, under multiple users. No change.
- I have tried another PC on the same network. No change.
- I have tried a PC on a different network (connecting remotely over the internet). No change.
- I have restarted the Media Server software. No change.
- If I log in as one of my local managed users, I can get to the users screen and see the other local users (but not change them as not admin).
- I am using Version 1.13.0.5023
- I have attached logs. They were verbose but I’ve turned that off and recreated the problem several times with a non-verbose logging.
- I am lifetime Plex Pass member.
Any and all assistance would be appreciated.
