Hi All,
I’ve never seen this before, but tried to remove some old users who’ve never actually joined and just get the “Your home is unavailable” error. Logged out/in purged browser cache, etc. but no change. I don’t see anything specific to this in the logs, but see attached. (turned verbose on at the very end of this one, but most of it is not verbose!)
Same here. Just two days ago everything was ok, today - “Your home is unavailable”
What is strange, that Your home is unavailable only for admin user, if I log in as a different user - I can access “Users” settings, but of cause I cant change anything there…
@tuciai Just tried as another user in my home and yep, same thing you’re seeing. Can see users but of course they can’t be edited from the non-admin account.
Another interesting thing, if in Settings I go directly to “Users” - “Your home is unavailable” But if in top right corner from the dropdown I select “Account” and then form the left side I chose “Plex Home” - users are available and can be edited.
But not always… I tried several times in a row and was OK, then 6-8 times unavailable, then one time - ok.
Also in “Sharing” - Your friends are unavailable.
Same here, just updated to plexmediaserver_1.13.0.5023, and was working on editing user libraries and now can only see “Your Home is Unavailable”. LIke another user said from other user accounts I can see all of the users, but from the master user account I can not access plex home user settings.
having the same problem.
The only way i can get to my users is by clicking on account first then users after and that works.
Same here…talked to other friends with the same issue and it is not related to any particular server I have on my account. Sounds like that is something on the Plex side they is broken but the status page is all green “Ship Shape”. Plex Cloud also will not refresh so there may be an issue somewhere they are working on (i hope)
I tried installing a new plex server on a seperate machine to see if it would resolve the issue, but no luck still can’t access user accounts. To me this means that the issue is not related to my machine or build. I also tried installing older versions of the server and no luck… My last option is going to be to try being patient…
Having the same issue too. From Admin user I CANNOT see any user (Home or Friends) but from if I log in as a different user I can access “Users” settings.
