Help! I just paid for a yearly subscription so I can have parental controls, and I understand I have to set up users for the household. When I go to the User Setup screen, I get a blank screen that says “Your home is unavailable”! I don’t know where to go from here. I’ve been trying to search on how to do this, but nothing I find works.

Well, fixed it, I had to log in through the web on a different computer, then set up users on that one.
I just started having this problem in the last few days. I’ve tried logging in on another browser but still the same problem. What is the fix?
I’m running PMS 1.13.0.5023 on Linux.
This is happening to me as well. However i don’t think I understand the solution that gregvan is suggesting above.
Completely having this problem right now. Restarted the server, completely reinstalled Plex (which sucks given I have nearly 24TB of media to add back now).
But all I get is “Your home is unavailable.” It’s also starting to affect other apps, such as Tautulli (I suspect). Given that Tautulli can’t refresh the user list.
