I am using the latest beta on my server but am not sure if it is because of this or something else. Below is the order of what I did and now the problem I am having.
Last week, I brought a new server online and transferred all of my TV and Movies to this server. The plan is to keep it this way and then have all of my “old” other data on the old server with that data shared to the new server. Once all the data was transferred, I change the name of the old server to to plex_old.domain and then named the new server plex.domain. I add all of the shares to the home users on the new machine and removed access to all shares to all users on the old server.
When I go to the web player I login and and as normal, taken to the admin home account. When I try to go to my standard non-admin account, it stalls and my eventually state that there are no servers available. If I go to the address bar and refresh the page or hit enter, I can then then type the pin for the non-admin user and have access. If on this reset, I go in as the admin user, I see everything, but when I try something, i get an error as the only servers I see are those that are shred with me by friends. I once again have to refresh the screen and login as the admin and all works fine for that session.
Basically, I can not switch home users once I am logged in. I have gone through and deleted all devices form the list, I have even tried on a brand new machine that has never connected to the server, same results. Just now I have removed the server from both machines, rebooted them and then added it solely to the new server, same thing.
I am at a loss, any help would be appreciated
