Accidental beta install broke Plex, now can't uninstall or change

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554 (previously 1.15.5.994)
NAS: WD DL2100, fw 2.31.183

So I noticed that my Plex Roku App wasn’t loading thumbnails and decided that perhaps a server update would fix it. The local web page let me download the latest (beta) version 1.16.6.1592 even though it was still in beta at the time and I’ve told Plex not to serve me beta releases. I updated as usual by stopping the service, and manually installing via the Apps page on my WD NAS. I’ve updated like this many times before without incident. Once updated, the management pages were unavailable and things were clearly broken in the Roku app.

Once I realized it broke, I tried to revert back to the last known working version. No thumbnails beats no Plex every time right? Well, the NAS reports success but the local settings pages still won’t load. I eventually tried to uninstall it and reinstall it, but while the NAS Apps page reports success and the Plex app no longer shows up in the list right after a uninstall, it’s back again after reboot. I’ve tried a few times to uninstall and reboot with no luck. The Systems Diagnostics Full disk test found no errors so I believe my filesystem to be intact.

I managed to ssh into the NAS and find the plex related directories where I believe I’ve found an error. Image attached. I’m not sure where to go from here. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!
