I wanted to change my email, but I cannot (in a nutshell I accidentally created a new account with the email I want to change to. I cancelled that but I still cannot change).
Also I cannot log into the forum for some reason - I get an error message so I have created a new account (this one) just so I can get some answers as there seems to be no other way of contacting anyone…
You’ll have to wait 1 month after you deleted a Plex account, until you can re-use the email address of the deleted account.
This was shown to you when you confirmed the deletion of the account.
Yes, that doesn’t work either. I was only using the one account when I was getting the issue. I only created this account so I could access the forums!
