Struggling with my login

Hey there!

Since a few days/weeks I’m struggling with my login.

As I can remember I deleted my account a few months ago.
Three weeks ago I wanted to create a new account with the same mail address.
I choosed the login option - sign in with apple but by mistake I hid my mail address.
I already changed the setting not to hide my mail address any longer or to forward the mails to my account but without any success.
When I want to login now, no matter which way I choose (sign in with apple or using my mail address and a password) it gives me the error message that my username or password is incorrect.
When I want to reset my password using the ‘forgot’ link I’m not receiving any mails.

Any chance to solve this problem?

You need to wait 1 month after deleting an account, before you can re-use the email address for another plex account.

Do you want the old account restored? It can still be done.

Oh wow, okay than I think this was the day I had the problems to log in to my account. And as a possible. solution I tried to delete the account.

That means I have to wait another 2-3 days to create a new account using the same address?

Precisely, unless you want this account be restored. Then you can have it back in a few hours.

Okay than I choose to wait the next days to not have any trouble with my password again.
