Hi. I had 2 accounts on Plex, one for the main media PC in our lounge room which was shared between everyone and one for myself.
I’ve decided I wanted to try Plex Home and Plex Pass so I bought the pass using my main media PC account. I’ve liked the setup so far and decided to delete my second account ASSUMING I could rename and change the email on my first one.
This assumption was apparently wrong and when you delete an account it ISN’T ACTUALLY DELETED because when I try to change either my username or email, it says they are in use… This seems a little dubious to me… Deleting the account should delete any information that went along with it.
Anyway, is there any way to contact someone who can help sort this out? Thanks.
