Hi all. I recently discovered that I have 2 plex accounts with 2 different email addresses. I wanted to transfer the username from one account to another and remove the unused account. I deleted the account with the required username, also checked the box to delete all data including forum etc. Then I went to the main account, tried to allocate the username from the deleted account but it said “Username is already taken”.
Please help me solve this problem.
You will need to wait 1 month after the deletion of an old account, before you can re-use the user name or the email address of the deleted account.
