Not sure if this has been asked before (quick search came up empty), but when you select an actor from the movie page you only see movies in your library that the actor is on. But if the actor is also in one or more TV Shows it would be nice if they showed up as well.
Is there any chance of getting something like this in the future? I see there is a new movie scanner coming soon, but not sure if the TV side of things will be updated also.
We do plan on working on a new TV scanner but will not be started til the Movie one is mostly under wraps
Be careful @BigWheel, you’ll be in trouble for letting people know what the devs are planning, that’s some top sercret stuff! Just kidding, it’s a nice change to see acknowledgement of something coming.
As an extra part to this, I’ve often thought that if you click on an actor/actress/director it’s good you get a list of their movies in your library, but it would be really cool if you could get their bio as well - you pull a lot of data from IMDB, their bios look pretty good. My partner and I often find ourselves googling someone from a movie, so we would find this really useful.
