Actors bio show up, but no listing of other films in my libraries

While watching a movie, show the actors, click on them I get bio but not other films in libraries. Search for actor and all films show up.

Thank you for the link Otto, but it really doesn’t address my issues. If I am on a web browser I see most of what is shown in the pictures on your link, but only logged in as an admin, not a lesser user. However on Roku I do not see any of this information other than Movies and Shows, and Known For. NOT any of the films in my libraries. That is if logged in as an admin. As a lesser user on Roku, nothing except the bio.

I do not see any way to make changes that will allow it to search the local plex libraries
