Add a limited / password protected folder or account to Plex?

I have a WD My Cloud 4100 NAS with my video files set up to stream via PLEX. I would like to restrict access to some folders so not all users can access them - e.g. a password protected or similar restriction. I am getting conflicting information on the Google-not-so-hot search. Two potential solutions: can a folder be set up to be visible in PLEX but password-protected as in Windows; or can I set up a second PLEX account/access with a different login required at each assess? Grateful for any advice. I am somewhat tech savvy but PLEX so far is above my pay grade, LOL

All streaming will be via multiple ROKU devices to which guests in my home have complete access. Thus the need to maintain security for some content.

There is no password protected folders.

You can either create a new library and just don’t share that library with your friends accounts. or put restrictions on via label or rating.
