For all I know this feature doesn’t exist on any platform.
That being said, there’s an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to manually reduce/remove an audio delay (without referring to a specific platform). I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggest I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
