Add Folders not Showing up

I’m trying to setup Libraries that are linked to the way I have created separate folders separating the type of media I have stored on my HDD.

I don’t find the option Add Folders ever where I am trying to create the folders.

Are you possibly using a Western Digital My Cloud NAS? You cannot specify folders for this device. See our guide https://support.plex.tv/articles/115003310834-western-digital-my-cloud-home/ for more details.
