Hi i have wd my cloud home. i created folder plex on it and in this folder is next folder “Shared Movies” - here i have many movies. i sing in on plex app click on movies and it tells me, the folder is empty. I go to manage library to link movies with folder shared movies but i dont have button for that. I have only basic and advanced. Can you help me please?

When you enable Plex on your MyCloud NAS, Plex should automatically create those folders… if you created them by yourself this implies something isn’t entirely right with your setup.
The WD MyCloud has those automatically created folders hard-wired to the corresponding libraries. You cannot add other folders to those libraries.

Hi Plex automatically created these folder itself, but my plex on TV (LG) was updated and from this moment it tells me, that folder are empty.
Do you get the same result when you directly access Plex on the MyCloud using Plex Web (e.g. https://app.plex.tv/desktop or https://[ip address of the MyCloud]:32400/web)? Otherwise this could be a connection issue.
when i look to my cloud (from PC app or from mycloud.com) a see all files. Now i noticed that when i open mycloud app i haven´t plex there for enable. I don´t know why, because i know that i had it there and enabled plex (but now plex isnt there). 
I’m not sure but that screenshot looks more like a download/installation option for WD’s own apps – not like the list of services you can enable (see the WD MyCloud Home support article above). That being said… I lack an actual MyCloud for comparison 
As for your 2nd screenshot… on MyCloud you cannot add additional folders from within Plex. That’s one of the restrictions of that platform.

oh thank you very much, it was there. i was looking for it in pc app, but when i goes on mycloud.com i can disabled and enabled again plex. This step do a second wd my cloud on my plex a it work on it. So i deleted the first one. Thank you very much, its solved.
