Add library files not on WD PR2100?

Is there a way to add media files/folders to a Plex library that are not resident on the WD PR2100 that the Plex server is running on? I have multiple WD NASs and want to add the files from those NASs to the libraries on the WDPR2100 Plex server. When I go to add the folders, it does not appear there is a away to find other devices on the same network to add folders from those devices to the library. Am I just missing something?

I have a WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra that can run Plex on it directly too but I don’t. I run the server in windows 10 and Nvidia shield. If you want to access media on all your drives, I believe you have to run the server on a machine outside your NAS to access media on all your NAS devices.
