Add missing episodes into the episode listing

Rather than ignoring missing episodes and playing past a missing episode, show that episode in red to let the user know there’s an missing episode. You might even be able to get it from another source and play it from that source or make a copy into the local library depending.

I had lost a lot of the episodes I had captured over the years due to a disk drive falling to the floor. I’ve been trying to make up missing episoodes listings but that’s a lot of work and then to even find some ofbthese old episodes is hard.
