all videos are not suitable for everyone, hence there must be an option
user make selection before or during playback of video (e.g. Say U, R, A, UA etc.)
according to that selection certain parts of the video which were marked by user by creating a censorship file for those U, R, A, UA type, get skipped
also there may be a center repository for censoring file which may be used in case user need a standard approach, or creating his own censoring file accordingly to his own preferences
