Add option to transcode AAC to AC3

Please add an option in the client to transcode AAC to AC3 instead. If you have audio pass thru enabled everything sounds great except AAC. Most receivers don’t know how to decode it so it just ends up being stereo. So if there was an option for the Plex server to transcode any AAC audio to AC3, that would be awesome!

Player update would fix this and many more issues.

I voted here for update to the latest Exo Player
