does anyone know how to add a second server on the synology nas PMS?
I don’y see ‘server’ under settings.

Do you mean generally adding a second server or adding a second server on the same machine?

To generally setup a new server, you should e.g. be able to access the server using the Syno‘s local IP address from within the same subnet (http://[Syno IP]:32400/web)
