There’s already a similar suggestion discussing an option to add bookmarks to videos. There’s also existing suggestions focusing on tagging sections of videos and a way to share such clips / snippets / link to them.
Unless you’re looking for something entirely different I suggest you comment/vote in those threads in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Not sure if possible - but since Plex can store where I left off viewing -- can it add bookmarks or break points (like chapters or scenes) so I can find a highlight in a film? Tagging positions would be helpful for finding content. Thanks for any advice or feasibility discussion.
I’m already watching a lot of my media through Plex and being able to tag or keyword specific moments, so that in the feature I can just sort through a library or a list, a database, and be able to find some sort of funny or noteworthy moments would be amazing.

I was thinking that it might be a fun idea to be able to share a small clip of a particular tv show or video in your plex library through a public link. I wanted to just share a particular scene of a show with someone over IM and thought that this would be an easy way to do that.
