"Add to queue" does the same thing as play next instead of adding to end of queue

Same thing, problem occouring both when adding a whole album and when adding a single track.
Tested platforms: iOS, Android, Windows, macOS (all on 3.4.4) (welp since it’s on electron it should be the case for all platforms anyways).

It depends on the nature of the existing play queue. If the play queue is server generated (e.g. Library Radio) then Add to Queue will firstly add the selected song to play next and after that add songs after that first one. This is because Add to Queue generates a user-created section of the existing play queue.

If the existing play queue is entirely user created, then add to queue will add songs to the end of that queue.

Basically we currently use the same model as iTunes uses/used with the “up next” region.
