When I’m playing one of my playlists, and want to add a song to the queue, I found that “add to queue” does the same thing as “play next”. I would expect that “add to queue” added the track to the end of my playlist, but instead it adds it as the next track to be played (i.e. same as “play next”). Desktop macOS. Bug?
It works like iTunes does/did. The actions apply to a user-generated region at the start of the play queue, which doesn’t exist when you first play something. E.g. if you shuffle your entire library, you don’t want Add to Queue adding after the 40,001th track.
Ok, thanks for clarifying… but I still don’t understand completely. Why have two functions (“play next” and “add to queue”) - doing exactly the same thing?
