This is a feature that is on the iPhone. On the Discover page, I watched a trailer on Plex Web and I wanted to add it to my Watchlist by clicking the 3 dots. On iOS an option pops up with Add to Watchlist or Remove from Watchlist, but on Plex Web the Add to Watchlist does not appear, but Remove from Watchlist does.

I do have the option to click into the page and add it, but it should work like iOS where you can add to watchlist.
