Add User account linking to authorized device list to allow for easier device cleanup and management.
If I remove a guest account, I need to remove the associated authorized device.
Right now I don’t know whose device it is in the list hence the request to be able to link or show last logged in user.
I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking for. The list of authorized devices shows only the devices linked to your own account. IIRC this includes devices of managed users which are technically linked to your account.
There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to rename devices on the authorized devices list. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting/dispersing votes (I’ve therefore updated your OP to avoid further confusion).

Are you referring to the Plex Home “Guest” feature? It doesn’t sound like you are.
What is a “guest account” in your terminology?
If you’re signing other users in on your account, or using Managed Accounts for people and devices outside of your home and outside of your control, don’t do that.
Don’t link other people’s devices to your account.
To share with others, have them create their own Plex Account, and share media with them as a friend.
