Add users buttons missing from settings

I recently updated to PMS version 1.18.2.2029.
I no longer have the ability to add home users - the buttons simply don’t exist. I’ve highlighted where they used to be in the screenshot below.

I also have a comment under my existing home users that implies i don’t own a plex pass.

I didn’t even realise there was a media player… solved my issue for now - thank you.
