I am a Plex Pass user and admin of my own server and for whatever reason under Plex Home I am not seeing any buttons or options at all for adding managed users. Am I doing something wrong here? Tried on different browsers already but still nothing. Help needed, thank you!
Itās not showing that you are the admin. Iām wondering if you are a member of someone elseās Plex Home, because you can only be in one. If some one else added you to their Plex Home, you should leave it (you will revert to simply āFriendā status on their server), and you should regain Admin control of your server.
Looks like you were in another Plex home where the admin deleted their account but somehow you are still associated with that ghost home. I removed you from it. Probably need refresh page too see Create Managed Account buttonā¦
