Although I am not new to Plex, I am not very technical and could use some advice. I was able to figure out how to add a commentary track to a movie using MKVtoolnix. The track was encoded AAC. In order for it to sync to the video (mkv), I had to delay it by 13 seconds. It plays fine on all mobile devices and Roku using the appropriate apps, but the track will not delay on the Desktop Player (Windows 10). It starts when the movie starts, throwing it out of sync by 13 seconds. I hope I presented this clearly enough. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
