Added second TV Show but it doesn't show up

Hello,

I recently started using Plex and imported 150 Movies without problems.
Now I wanted to start importing my TV Shows and I started with Big Bang Theory (the first six seasons) without a problem and the seasons shows up in Plex.
After that I imported both of the Real Ghostbusters Box Sets and nothing shows up, instead some episodes of season 2 show up in season 2 of Big Bang.
After some updates of the Library the Thumbnails of Big Bang changed to Real Ghostbusters, but the episode count remained the one of Big Bang.
My folder structure is the following:
/TV Shows/SD
The Big Bang Theory (2007) {tvdb-80379}
Season 1
The Big Bang Theory (2007) - s01e01.mkv
…
…
The Real Ghostbusters (1986) {tmdb-2286}
Season 1
The Real Ghostbusters (1986) - s01e01.mkv
…
…

I don’t know why this happens, has anyone here any idea? Do I use a wrong name or folder structure? Why did it work for Big Bang, but not for Real Ghostbusters.
I already tried with both scanners (Series and TV Series).

Which folder is added to the TV show library?

With this structure, you should add the folder SD, not TV Shows to the library.

The show folder must be immediately below the folder added to the library. Plex does not support intermediate folders.

I added the folder “TV Shows” to the library because it seems to work for Movies, I have the same structure there: Movies, then below SD, HD and UHD…I 'll get rid of it for the TV Shows then and try it out, thank you!

Great, that works…does that mean it is also not supported for Movies but it accidentally works there?
