Just installed my new seagate personal cloud and the Plex server. Unfortunately any time I select a folder on the server it says “Your changes could not be saved.” What am I missing? What do you need to know to help me find an answer?
Is it because I don’t have Plex Premium?
Although I don’t know exactly what is causing the problem, I can definitely say it is not related to Plex Pass. Every Plex user can add libraries no matter their Plex Pass status. Not much help, I’m afraid, but at least one thing is off the list.
