am having the same issue. It worked fine on my Windows 8.1 system, but my Windows 10 isn’t doing anything. I am not finding anything in what they are calling “Channels”. I have had to manually add the location of my itunes library.xml but I am not even seeing the iTunes plugins in the plugins area. I am getting frustrated. My music is showing up, but my playlists are not there. any help would be acceptable.
Did you find a solution to this? I am a complete newbie to Plex and I’m trying to import my iTunes music collection - not bothered about playlist - but I would like to get the star ratings to import. I’ve setup the iTunes plug in (I think - but can’t work out how to run it to do the import).
Is there a basic guide anywhere? (Suitable for a newbie)

I’ve used the method i’ve described in this thread with the C:\Users\Sebastian\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music Library.xml Path.
At first the Ratings and Playlists weren’t imported. There was no guide or any support from Plex so I gave up on it. Some random time later (cant say whether this was days or weeks) the ratings and playlist showed up out of nowhere. So following the guide above and waiting for a while might work.
Would be great if the plex devs could explain whats happening there!
