Adding Live TV to Content

Goal: allow Live TV streaming from HDHomeRun CONNECT Quatro to the Plex App

I have a QNAP TS-451+ running Plex Media Server and I’ve added the HDHomeRun to Live TV & DVR. I open the Plex app on my smart TV and it does not show any content available. How do I get the Live TV to work through the Plex app on my Smart TV?

Can you view Live TV content from the web app or other Plex clients?

I have a Vizio & LG smart TV with the Plex app.

I can watch Live TV content through the HDHomeRun app on my Android/iPads.
