Adding metadata for Dr Who (2005)

It seems this thread is about to get closed since the OP seems to be resolved.
I hope this is a good place to post my problem;

As it’s now a tradition, the newest episode of Doctor Who (2005) is released and every year I bang my head against a blunt surface trying to force specific Metadata onto specific episodes.

Could the PMS have an option to override automatically detected Show/Movie Metadata and import from a specific source such as IMDB or thetvdb.com site?

For those interested, I’m trying to force my Win10 PMS (v1.18.3.2156) to recognize last year’s New year’s special episode (Jan 1st, 2019), S12E00. My PMS refuses to link it to the episode (https://thetvdb.com/series/doctor-who-2005/episodes/6904705).

Any recommendations how to help my PMS recognize the file?
Any ideas how to force Metadata import?
Should I go to a specific section in the threads and recommend it as a feature?

That episode is a special, season 00 episode 156 according to TheTVDB. If named correctly and placed in the correct directory structure, PMS should have no problem recognizing it:

…/Doctor Who (2005)/Season 00/Doctor Who (2005) - S00E156 - Resolution.ext
